My name is Joana Bates. In November of 2020 my partner and I listed our first vacation rental property. We ran into cleaning services that would bail or misunderstand the specific needs of our short term rentals.
Frustrated, I started cleaning to make sure the job was done right. We continued to grow and expand. Cleaning for our properties quickly escalated to cleaning for all of our friends.
This experience provided me the opportunity to learn what works best and know how guests really felt about my work.
I understand the importance of a good working relationship between the property owner and a reliable cleaning service.
Throughout this time I have been blessed to use my past work history of clinical office management, bartending, hiring, recruiting and training with my explicit attention to detail in order to create the best and most efficient ways of flipping Short Term Rentals for same day check ins.
